The Book Band believes that small press publishers deserve to be recognized for their efforts at broadening the range of published materials and promoting excellent but little-known writers.

Small press publishers will:

• take a chance and publish an upcoming author
• publish a work written in a bold new style
• publish books on unusual and intriguing topics
• publish books of interest to a small audience or special-interest group
• publish a limited run of a book by a well-known writer

The Book Band assists Canadian small press publishers in promoting and marketing their authors and books. We offer opportunities for you to discover new and emerging writers as well as those who have become established.
